How to Publish a Web Page on Glooscap

You can publish on the Internet. The Glooscap server will use html documents in the html-public subdirectory of your home page and make them available on the world wide web. Glooscap had an automatic page generation program which will get you started quickly. Instructions include telnet sessions and FTP (file transfer protocol) operations

Most of the Regional Public Libraries have at least a couple of computers that can link to the internet and are available to the public for 1/2 hour sessions.
